In the Shenandoah Valley we usually do not see the homeless pushing carts down our streets but they are there. The homeless shelters throughout the Valley are over-crowded. We have people sleeping in cars and on the streets. Every day In Our Community Our Friends, Neighbors, Co-Workers AND Sometimes Relatives Have To Make Decisions Between Food And The Medications They Need. This Is Especially True For The Elderly!
